Director
We are actively seeking a qualified center Director who will oversee the daily operations and administration of the center. The candidate will be experienced in the field of Early Childhood Development and Lead Management of the center. The center Director ensures the teachers provide a safe and nurturing environment for children that
encourages their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. To be successful as a Preschool Director, you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a love for children. Ultimately, a You & Me children center Director will determine the needs of the center, protect the health and safety of children, work closely with and report to the Board of Managers.
Teacher
A preschool teacher must have a great love and patience for children. They should be able to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children that encourages their social, emotional, physical and intellectual development. They must also be able to maintain positive relationships with parents, children, and coworkers.
Teacher Aid
A Teacher Aid is responsible for assisting in the development of monthly lesson plans, implementing activities daily (including evaluating the effectiveness of activities), helping to create and maintain a classroom culture of health and safety, both physically and emotionally. They should be able to maintain regular communication with supervisors and contribute to the overall effective operation of the child development program.
